Just Andersen (1884–1943) was a Danish sculptor, silversmith and designer, born in Godhavn, Greenland. He studied at the Royal Academy of Art and established his own company with his wife Alba in 1918. Andersen became particularly known for functional and decorative objects in pewter, bronze and Disko metal, an alloy of his own invention. During the 1930s, his work developed towards a more modern and simplified design language.
