Bio:
Just Andersen (1884–1943) was a Danish sculptor, silversmith and designer, born in Godhavn, Greenland. He trained as a decorative sculptor and later studied at the Royal Academy of Art. In 1918, he established his own company with his wife Alba. Andersen became particularly known for his work in pewter, bronze and Disko metal, creating numerous functional and decorative objects distinguished by simple, classical forms.
