Svend Hammershøi (1873–1948) was a Danish ceramicist and painter and a key artist associated with Kähler in Næstved. He first worked at Kähler in the 1890s and resumed his ceramic work at the workshop in 1911. His ceramics are particularly recognised for monumental, rigorously structured forms, pronounced profiling and distinctive glazes.
