Bio:
Georg Jensen (1866–1935) was a Danish silversmith, sculptor and designer who founded his silversmithy in Copenhagen in 1904. His design language combined functional craftsmanship with organic forms inspired by nature. Georg Jensens silverware achieved international recognition and became highly influential in the development of Danish silver and Scandinavian design during the 20th century.
