Bio:
Émile Gallé (1846–1904) was a French glass artist, ceramicist and furniture designer and one of the leading figures of Art Nouveau and the École de Nancy. His glasswork is particularly renowned for botanical motifs, layered colours and sophisticated decorative techniques inspired by nature. Gallé’s workshop continued production after his death in 1904.
