Georg Jensen Mitra set of six dinner spoons.

Set of six dinner spoons in the Mitra pattern, crafted in stainless steel with the characteristic functionalist design language. Created for modern table settings, it remains one of Georg Jensens most recognised flatware designs of the post-war period.

Origin: Denmark.
Designer: Gundorph Albertus.
Material: Stainless steel.
Dimensions: L. 19 cm.
Period: 1960/70s.
Condition: Excellent condition with minor signs of wear.

Bio:
Gundorph Albertus (1887–1970) was a Danish silversmith and designer who joined Georg Jensen in 1911 and later became the companys artistic director. He created several of Georg Jensen’s most iconic silverware and flatware patterns. Introduced in 1941, the Mitra series is celebrated for its simple, elegant functionalist design and remains a classic of Danish design.
