Gustavsberg porcelain factory was founded in 1825 in Sweden and became one of the Nordic region’s most important producers of porcelain and ceramics. The company became particularly renowned for both functional household wares and decorative table services, often distinguished by high craftsmanship and refined decoration. During the first half of the 20th century, Gustavsberg produced a number of luxurious porcelain services featuring exclusive glazes and gilt detailing, which remain highly desirable among collectors today.
