Large stoneware bowl with characteristic “Sahara” glaze in warm tones of orange, ochre and brown with a subtly textured surface and central factory mark.
Origin: Sweden.

Bio:
Sven Wejsfelt (1930–2009) was a Swedish ceramicist and designer associated with Gustavsberg. He is known for his functional and decorative stoneware forms, often featuring distinctive glazes inspired by natural colours and textures. His work is appreciated today for its balance between utility and artistic expression.
