Set of four porcelain plates featuring the classic hand-painted Blue Onion pattern with reticulated rim, produced by Meissen in the mid 20th century. Marked on the base with Meissen crossed swords.

Origin: Germany.
Material: Porcelain.
Dimensions: D. 18 cm.
Period: Mid 20th century.
Condition: Excellent condition with minor signs of wear.

Bio:
Meissen porcelain manufactory was founded in 1710 and is Europe’s first porcelain factory. It is internationally renowned for its exceptional quality and hand-painted decoration, including the iconic Blue Onion pattern. The crossed swords mark has been used since the 18th century and remains a symbol of authenticity and craftsmanship.
