Bio:
Just Andersen (1884–1943) was a Danish sculptor, silversmith, and designer. He worked in a variety of materials including bronze, pewter, and disko metal, and his production ranges from sculptures to decorative arts. His design language is characterised by the stylised and decorative expression of the art deco period. Andersen is regarded as a central figure in Danish decorative arts in the first half of the twentieth century.
