Bio:
Royal Copenhagen was founded in 1775 under royal patronage and is one of Denmark’s most prestigious porcelain manufacturers. The Flora Danica series was initiated in the late 18th century and is based on the botanical reference work “Flora Danica”. Each piece is hand-painted with highly detailed depictions of Danish flora and represents a pinnacle of European porcelain craftsmanship.
