Kähler, yellow glazed vase.
Elegant vase in glazed earthenware with a softly tapering form and slightly flared rim. Executed in a light yellow glaze with warm orange tones and fine vertical runs creating a lively and organic surface. Signed HAK to the base.

Origin: Denmark.
Material: Earthenware.
Dimensions: H. 18 cm, D. 11 cm.
Period: 1930s.
Condition: Excellent condition with minor signs of wear.

Bio:
Kähler was founded in 1839 in Næstved and developed into one of Denmark’s most important ceramic workshops. Particularly in the late 19th and early 20th century, the factory collaborated with leading artists such as Svend Hammershøi, resulting in a range of iconic forms and experimental glazes. Pieces from this period are today highly valued by collectors.
