Bio:
Mogens Ballin (1871–1914) was a Danish artist and designer associated with the Skønvirke movement and the circle around Georg Jensen. He worked with metalwork, jewellery and decorative arts in the Art Nouveau style and was among the pioneers of Danish applied arts in the early twentieth century. Ballin is known for his nature-inspired ornamentation and refined craftsmanship.
