Henning Koppel (1918–1981) was a key figure in Danish modern design, especially known for his organic forms and functional clarity. For Georg Jensen he designed several cutlery series where simplicity, balance, and everyday usability were central. The Strata series is characteristic of Koppel’s design language, defined by its clean expression and distinctive handles.
