Bio:
Svend Hammershøi was a key figure in Danish ceramics in the first half of the 20th century and maintained a long-standing collaboration with Kähler in Næstved. Today, his ceramics from the 1920s and 1930s are regarded as seminal works in the history of Danish modern ceramics.
