Bio:
Björn Ekegren (born 1955) is a Swedish glass artist educated at the Orrefors Glass School. His works are celebrated for their fusion of colour, form, and illumination, reflecting a deep engagement with both the expressive and technical possibilities of glass. Through his collaborations with Glasverket and his own Höganäs studio, Ekegren has created distinctive pieces often inspired by human symbolism and organic natural forms.
