Slender cylindrical neck and rounded body with deep two-tone hare’s fur glaze in rich brown and near-black tones — a refined example of Stålhane’s signature modernist form language.

Bio:
Carl-Harry Stålhane (1920–1990) was one of Rörstrand’s most important ceramic artists and artistic director from the 1950s. His mastery of proportion, tactility and glaze experimentation established him as a leading figure of Swedish modernist ceramics.
