Porcelain set consisting of a lidded sugar bowl and a creamer, both decorated with hand-painted flowers in the classic “Saxon Flower” pattern and gilded rim.

Origin: Denmark, Royal Copenhagen.

Bio:
Royal Copenhagen was founded in 1775 under the patronage of Queen Juliane Marie. Among its most beloved patterns is “Saxon Flower,” introduced in the late 18th century and inspired by botanical engravings. The series quickly became popular and included both tableware and smaller accessories such as sugar bowls and creamers, which today are sought-after collector’s items.
