Armchair with arms, model name CH26 made of black oak with light paper yarn made by Carl Hansen & Son. The CH26 chair is a design by Hans J. Wegner from the 1950s and is actually one of the more complicated to produce based on the curved shapes. During the release of the chair, which was also Wegner's debut Collection in their collaboration, Wegner lived with the family behind Carl Hansen & Son to follow the process. Very few copies were sold at the time due to the price, which was driven by the complex production. Today, newer machines have been used to make the chair, which has become one of Wegner's classics.
