Meet the designer Johannes Foersom began his career as a cabinetmaker, and Peter Hiort-Lorenzen started as a carpenter by building ship interiors before joining forces as a Danish design duo. For almost 50 years they have created organic, functional, durable designs to add long-lasting value to people and their surroundings and expressed in a design idiom that blends their knowledge of materials, market trends and an eye for innovation. The duo has won several international awards and is praised for experimenting with new materials and constructions.
