Each edition of this Christmas Story theme, clearly shows Wiinblad's intention to create a very special, even sumptuous work - a reminiscence of richly decorated relics and odes about artistic handicraft in the past. The various colors together with golden and silver decorations turn each Porcelain Christmas Plate into a valuable collector's item. Only very few porcelain plates ever produced have involved this much craftsmanship.
