Bing & Grondahl bisquit plate "Cupid with the tamed lion". Made by Bertel Thorvaldsen (1770-1844). After relief modeled in Rome 1828. The plate appears in good condition. No damage or repairs. The factory mark on the back with stamped B&G and model number Made in the late 19th century Dimensions: 9½ x 13½ cm (3.74 x 5.31 inches)
