Large Fantastic Old Royal Copenhagen Flora Danica Set 71 pieces

Is part of a set that was given to the Director of Carlsberg in 1943, Director Sanders for his Jubilee. All items made around 1942, as few is earlier. But all in perfect condition.
Has been in the Family Sanders ownership at Nedergaard Gods until 1970's. Where they were sold to a cousin of Sanders daughter.
It is rare that we see such a well painted Flora Danica set.. But it is was painted for Carlsberg and during the war the factory would not have a lot to do.. so maybe this set was also ordered by Carlsberg, to help the factory through the war.


The set consist of:

12 x 3526 Pierced Dinner Plates 27 cm (10 5/8")

24 x 3549 Dinner Plates 26 cm dia (10 15/64").

12 x 3545 Deep Plates 25 cm (9.84 in)

12 x 3550 Lunch Plates 22 cm / 8 21/32 in

2 x 3556 Gravy Boats 23 cm / 9 1/16 in.

2 x 3568 Covered Bowls. ( 9 5/8" x 7 1/10")

2 x 3541 Leaf Dish 24cm / 9.45 inch

1 x 3520 Oval Serving Tray 46,5cm x 35cm ( 18 1/3" x 13 2/3")

1 x 3521 Oval Serving Tray 51,5cm x 37,5cm (20.28 inch x 14.76 inch )

1 x 3503 Round Bowl 5.1 cm / 2 1/64 in. x 20.3 cm / 7 63/64 in

1 x 3509 Triangular Bowl 28cm / 11"

1 x 3510 Square Potato bowl 22cm / 8 2/3"
