Figure from Bing & Grondahl in biscuit. Produced between 1854 and 1900. Bertel Thorvaldsen (1770-1844) created the original in Rome 1817-18. This figure is titled: "Graces and Cupid playing the lyre." Copy of OHB Olrik in 1854 for Bing & Grondahl. The figure of Cupid, sitting on the base has broken some fingers on his left hand and right wing broke off and also lost. Chipping on the bottom of the base. Stamped factory mark B&G on the back of the base. The figure is 33 ½ cm high.
