The following text appears on the attached note:

"9.5.66. Cassius Clay arrives for Cooper fight. World heavyweight champion, Cassius Clay flew into London today for his fight against Henry Cooper at Arsenal Stadium on May 21st. Keystone Photo shows: Cassius Clay gives a wave as he steps off the plane, on arrival at London Airport today."

The image is also stamped "Keystone Press Agency LTD" in London.
