Blue Kähler lamp

The lamp have some glazing errors on the top and on the ring.

The lampe and its shade is conical.
Please notice the ceramic ring under the acrylic shade.
A rare lamp from Herman A. Kähler in Næstved.

The lamp were designed by Nils Kähler in the years 1958-1965, after a collaboration with Le Klint who ended up in the classic trumpet-shaped foot in brown stoneware with bast around the middle.
Just a few years after, Magasin du Nord asks for a special exhibition, to which Nils Kähler develops 80 unique models, several of which went into ordinary production.

In the Kähler book, Kählers Værk by Peder Rasmussen, lamps like these are not mentioned, but their pendants as table lamps are mentioned and shown.

The lamp is in good condition. The acrylic shade is in good condition.
