Brushed Lace
Brushed Lace is a natural product of a very high quality from the angora goat from South Africa mixed with the finest Mulberry Silk
The angora goats are sheared twice a year either by hand or by machine. The goats are not injured at all in this proces. After the shearing the wool is sorted out in length, the diameter of the fibres and the quality.
Then the wool is washed, carded and brushed, and the spun.
The proces of the colouring is done either before or after it is spun, depending of which look is wanted for the yarn.
