The case is presumably made by Lorenz Nielsen (1739-1821), a very well reputed master cabinetmaker in Aabenraa, Denmark
Key for the clockwork is with the clock

Peter Green came from Liverpool and made a living as clockmaker in Aabenraa, Denmark, about 1745. His 2 sons, William and Jonathan, were clockmakers too. Jacob (Williams son) was the last clockmaker from the family stock and in 1847 the production of Green-clocks stopped.
