Nice old measuring stick, 1/2 meter from 1906.
It is stamped with King Christian the 5th's monogram and the year 1906.
There are fine small brass balls for every 5 cm.
Denmark first introduced the metric meter system in 1907, so this was made before the system became an official unit of measurement.
It is in very fine patinated condition.
