This table Piet Hein, Model B612 with walnut is a table designed based on carefully considered mathematical calculations, performed by Piet Hein. The super ellipse gives the table an oval shape and optimal utilization of the table. Since then, Piet Hein has used the super ellipse in his design as well and this table is an example of this. The table is considered a very democratic table as it has no corners and thus all the seats at the table are equal.
