Extremely rare purple sugar bowl and creamer set from Royal Copenhagen.
The set was designed by Arnold Krogh for Royal Copenhagen in the 1880s as a variant of the rare Bat dinnerware which is decorated in blue, a variant of the Blue Fluted dinnerware.
The set is decorated with "wings" painted with purple, of which the "wings" are in light relief.
Its gold edges are in very good condition, very shiny,
It is factory marked from the 1880s with a painter's signature in purple.
The sugar bowl has a chip on the edge and the cream jug has glued the handle.
Otherwise, the set is in perfect condition.
