The glass is signed Holmegaard CHE
Carneval or Phantasy was designed by Christel Holmgren-Exner in 1970 for Holmegaard Glassworks and was discontinued just a few years later.
The series was intended to be a bar and drinks series, but was relatively complicated and therefore expensive to make. Every single part is to be considered unique as each part is decorated differently. The series came in blue, yellow and red and combinations thereof.
The glass has a microscopic spot on the drinking edge where the finger just notices it. This probably comes from production, as the glass is ground-cut after being blown from the glass pipe.
