The Ant Chair, model 3100, was designed by Arne Jacobsen in 1952 and produced by Fritz Hansen. The chair is made with a teak veneer seat, which gives a warm and natural expression, while the characteristic three-part metal frame ensures a light and stylish design.

The Ant was originally designed for the canteen at Novo Nordisk, but quickly became one of Jacobsen's most famous pieces of furniture.

Fritz Hansen, founded in 1872, has been known since the 1930s for their innovative collaboration with some of the world's most renowned designers, and the Ant is a perfect example of their dedication to quality and craftsmanship.
